well i married a girl called LOUISE and her dad is an architect and runs a building comany called murphys (shaldon) ltd and he collects matchboxes and they make models of houses using them..
anyway we got married in Jamaica and her step dad asked us to bring him back a box of matches... and thats when i learnt about the ancient african symbols printed on them ...later louise left me cos we ran out of money but years later i decided to spread the word and continue making and distributing the matchbox's around the rest of the world and also thought it was a neat idea to have a folded newspaper inside the box's also.
I published a magazine locally when i was 16 and then a tel directory in 1992 and then started publishing art so this stuff is not new to me..
also my cousins girlfriend is called louise and well its just fun and a great way to share and spread information and i was thinking we could have some jokes printed in the newspaper in each issue. Also I think the world is in need of a refreshing new look at history explained in our first issue
