my cousin brought a matchbox back from Reading (festival) which i have collected
THIRD BOX SO FAR!!

All the shops had run out of lighters and he got the matches from the nearby shop!!
a blue box made in sweden EN 1783 1997 SAF written on it whatever that means??

i'll post a picture shortly
its a bit mangled what with all the mud and stuff but it makes it more valuable to me Smiley

this is the european safety approval mark that these items must carry by law in order for them to safely designate that the item has undergone sufficient risk testing. Things like matches going off in the box when shook etc..
There happens to be a .eu site with all of the type approval markings etc if you hunt google, you might find it.
