MINIMUM WAGE INCREASE DEMAND- Workers are going on strike accross the country, whilst the mainstream media choose instead to spotlight 500,000 immigrant workers moving in from Europe this year alone.. They say that local Brits dont want to work for the minimum wage..Can you blame them?
In order to restore an equal balance and fair ground in the job hunting arena, government should increase the minimum wage to the rates as stated in the article above and more inline with the true cost of living...Do we really want our streets to become slums full of immigrants and dispondent unemployed or would we rather have a level sustainable grounding for all. Other solutions include giving 100% income tax and council tax releif to those earning less than 15 k pa.
